Theresa May ready to step down as UK Prime Minister for Brexit

An official statement from the Prim Minister office confirmed that May is ready to leave her position earlier than would have been intended, in order to do what is right for the British people.

Amidst the existing pressures and disappointments she has had to endure in her quest to free the United Kingdom from the European Union, The British Prime Minister Theresa May says she is well prepared to quit the highest political office of the land as part of her effort to have the Brexit deal approved by the UK Parliament.

Earlier today, Theresa May pleaded with the law makers to realize the need to deal through with and deliver the Brexit deal as voted for by British citizens over two years ago on Thursday, June the 23rd 2016.

An official statement from the UK Prim Minister’s office confirmed that May is ready to leave her position earlier than would have been intended, in order to do what is right for the British people.

Following the continued delay by the UK parliament to ratify the Brexit withdrawal agreement after 51.6 percent of referendum supporters voted for Brexit, the European Council of EU has extended the ratification deadline to the 12th of April 2019, with an final extension of up to 22nd May 2019.
