The Kenya revenue Authority has established a new iTax support center in Malaba town of Busia County. This will make it easy for residents in Malaba and the larger Busia County to access KRA’s services with support from the new center.
The iTax support is currently located at the Malaba Customs offices, at the Big Round House. The center’s contact person said this office will help residents in Busia county to register new KRA Pin, file returns and make any necessary inquiries. The center is said to operate 6 days per week.
Other Counties that have an already installed iTax support center include Kiambu, Kisumu, Nyeri, Nairobi, and Uasin Gishu with an average daily client base of 2500.
KRA has issued a statement asking everyone with a PIN to file their returns by 30th June after which they will be fined for non-compliance.
