” I have until 2nd June, 2016 to discharge my duties in Busia before I move to my new station. I  am not old enough not  to ” afford another gift of a wife from the generous people of Busia”, ” he said amid laughter.

The Chief Justice  (Willy Mutunga) saw it fit for me  to move. It was easy working here since people  have been co-operative,”  he said.
In his parting shot, Justice Tuiyot said  there was need for an alternative  dispute resolution  involving  Council of Elders  and County Users Committee to reduce  cases going to court.
Wamalwa said   Justice Tuiyot will be remembered  for changing  transforming the Judiciary since he took charge  in 2014.
