I Will be Funyula MP in 2017 – Busia KNUT Official Mark Oseno
The Kenya National Union of Teachers (Knut) Busia Branch Executive Secretary Mark Oseno has joined the race for the Funyula Parliamentary seat.
Oseno will now battle it out with other interested candidates such as Busia County Assembly speaker Benard Wamalwa, Oundo Mudenyo and Eugene Masombo among others.
His entry into Samia politics has resulted in his younger brother Eric Omwami to opt out of Nambuku/Namboboto ward race for MCA. Eric had earlier announced his bid to unseat current Namboboto MCA Vincent Obisa.
On his Facebook Page Eric announced his decision to pull out of samia politics in order to support his elder brother. He further promised to vie in Nairobi instead.
